Cancellation and Refund Policy
ATLANTIS SA "Saint Suite Oia" and SAINT CRUISES "Saint Yachting" reserves the right to cancel any bookings made. In the event of a cancellation, no liability shall fall on Atlantis SA. Monies paid shall be refunded in full to the named charterer. Cancellations will only occur due to bad weather conditions, mechanical failure and satisfactory upgrade options are available. Coastguard restrictions and enforcement of new laws prohibiting the charter from going ahead are included.
Cancellations Fee Retention Policy
- Any cancellation made up until 30 days prior to the booking date, is subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation made after 30 days prior to the tour date or any reservation made within 30 days of the tour date, is non refundable. All deposits after this period are non refundable.
- Modifications of time or date are permitted up until 14 days prior to the tour date, with no fee. No modification of time or date is allowed after this time.
- Non-show: 100% of the total charter cost.
The Charterer has the right to cancel free of listed charges above if any of the following occur:
- Weather is deemed unsafe or a warning has been issued by the coastguard.
- Saint Yachting fail to provide an agreed operational aspect of the charter on the day of the charter.
- Cancellations must be confirmed by the client prior to the charter time lapsing.
Saint Yachting reservation team only employs qualified & experienced Captains & crew. They are the technical experts in delivering our cruises and charter products in these waters. As with any vessel on the globe, the Captain’s orders are final & guests should be respectful of that. Instances of anti-social or reckless behavior etc. may result in early termination of your charter without any refund.
Online Payments Terms and Conditions
Saint Yachting – Santorini, Greece “Greece is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law (Greece). Visa and MasterCard will be accepted in EUR currency. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (the Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries. Customers using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
Delivery Policy (DP)
Upon payment you will receive an email confirmation about the services you have paid for. The confirmation will be within 24 hours from payment.
Refund Policy (RP)
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment, refunds are subject to Cancellation Policy.
Privacy Policy (PP)
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Saint Yachting will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties. SAINT CRUISES "Saint Yachting" takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. In particular (www.saintyachts.com and www.saintyachtingemirates.ae) guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.
SAINT CRUISES "Saint Yachting" is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect. The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
Cancellation Policy (CP)
For all cancellations or changes, we require having email notification at reservations@saintyachts.com.- Cancellations** that will be placed at least 72 hours prior to departure: Saint Yachts offers 100% refund of the down/full payment.
- For changes that will be placed at least 72 hours prior to departure: There are no extra fees, but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour, then a full refund is applied.
- For cancellations or changes** within 71 hours prior to departure: 100% of the total cost of the tour is charged as cancellation fees.
- Non-show: Non refundable.
Once dates are determined-booked and fully paid for, there are no refunds. In the event that a guest requires a refund, SAINT YACHTING is obliged to credit the full amount to a further date or in the upcoming next season.
